Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney in New York with at least 3 years of experience in personal injury matters. The role demands the ability to manage a high caseload and guide cases from start to finish, including depositions and settlement negotiations.

A NY Bar license in good standing is required. The attorney will handle high-value cases, participate in discovery and litigation steps, and work within a fast-growing, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury cases.
• Ability to handle a high case load and manage matters from start to finish.
• Experience reviewing and settling files, conducting depositions, and preparing for summary judgments.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Review and settle files, conduct depositions, and argue summary judgment oppositions.
