CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney in New York City. The firm handles plaintiff personal injury cases and seeks a candidate with 1-3+ years of litigation experience to join a collaborative, results-driven team.

Base salary is $90,000 - $100,000 with bonuses and commission, plus medical benefits and paid time off. You'll manage cases, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and work with clients and medical providers throughout case life cycle.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York Bar.
• 1–3+ years of litigation experience.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances a plus.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses

• Attend court appearances, conferences, arbitrations, and mediations
