Stealth Law Firm in New York seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to assume real ownership of cases, gain meaningful courtroom exposure, and grow a trial practice in a boutique setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience and strong independent case management abilities, with plaintiff-side experience preferred and trial exposure considered a major advantage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred.
• Strong litigation skills and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Trial experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution
• Handle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial and work closely with partners on strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and manage your caseload

A growing New York litigation boutique is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 - $275,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
