Kotlar Cohen in Mount Laurel Township, NJ, is expanding its Personal Injury team and seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to advocate for injured clients and uphold our commitment to excellence in client service.

You will handle case preparation, research, and court appearances, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in New Jersey.
• 3+ years of Personal Injury experience preferred; training available.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus.

Due to our remarkable growth, we are expanding our Personal Injury team. We seek a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about advocating for the rights of injured workers and are committed to excellence in client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Personal Injury cases.
• Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved.
• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies for challenging cases.
• Uphold our firm’s values, emphasizing communication, education, empowerment, innovation, determination, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the State of New Jersey.
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train a highly motivated and detailoriented beginner.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral, or similar software.
• Spanishspeaking skills are a significant plus.
