Qualifications

• Experience handling premises liability matters, slip and fall claims, litigation, and court appearances.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation matters is required.
• Experience with Medical Malpractice cases is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client communication.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement demands.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

Neuhauser Law PLLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our firm proudly represents a diverse client base, with a strong Spanish‑speaking community at the center of our practice. We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated and team oriented.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in both New York and New Jersey
• Connecticut admission preferred, or willingness to become licensed in Connecticut
• Strong experience in New Jersey personal injury law
• Fluent Spanish speaking ability required (written and verbal)
• Minimum of 5+ years of Personal Injury experience preferred
• Experience handling:
  • Premises liability matters
  • Slip and fall claims
  • Litigation and court appearances
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation matters is required
• Experience with Medical Malpractice cases is a strong bonus
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with a legal team
• An Ability to communicate with management and to lead/direct a team of paralegals.
• An ability to lead our growing NJ client‑base
• An Ability to work in our Queens Office and willing to travel to our office in NJ.

Responsibilities
