Compensation: 100000.-140000. / Annually

Our client, a leading Personal Injury law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney, to join their winning team in Clifton.

Our candidate of choice will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience of plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience. You must have high-energy and be a detail-driven Personal Injury professional ready to fight for our clients and deliver results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through settlement
• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
• Draft demands, negotiate settlements, and prepare case files
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings for trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.
