Job summary

Rapidly growing plaintiff personal injury firm in Las Vegas seeks a PI Attorney to own cases from deposition through trial. The attorney will manage injury claims, draft filings, negotiate with insurers, and provide strong client updates while leading in civil jury trials.

Ideal candidates hold CA and/or NV bar admission, 5+ years of PI experience, and superb research and communication skills. Position is on-site with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations and procedures related to PI litigation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply legal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cases and advocate for clients for positive outcomes.
• Experience conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and providing strategic guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple cases and deadlines.
• Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation.
• Perform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages.
• Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions.
• Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide case updates.
• Serve as first chair in civil jury trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to develop litigation strategy.
