Job summary

Fort Lee, NJ-based plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a NJ-licensed Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role offers significant case ownership, courtroom exposure, and earning potential beyond base compensation.

The position is hybrid in Fort Lee, NJ, with a base salary up to $250,000 and opportunities to grow beyond the base through performance. 3+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience and strong writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Strong deposition and courtroom experience
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Experience taking cases from intake through resolution

Responsibilities

• Independently manage Personal Injury cases from intake through settlement/trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and settlement documents
• Take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration and trial
• Handle PIP arbitrations and lawsuits
• Review and manage medical records, EOBs, PIP documentation and insurance liens
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and insurance carriers

Location: Fort Lee, NJ (Hybrid)

Base Salary up to $250,000

An established and successful plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a NJ-licensed Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants significant case ownership, courtroom exposure, and substantial earning potential beyond their base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage Personal Injury cases from intake through settlement/trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and settlement documents
• Take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration and trial
• Handle PIP arbitrations and lawsuits

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
