• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and other negligence claims.
• Conduct client intake interviews and case evaluations.
• Draft, file, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances.
• Maintain regular, clear communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to ensure timely case progression.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $120,000–$170,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
