Job summary

W3Global in Denver, CO is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join our collaborative legal team. This is primarily an in-person role designed to integrate you into our processes and culture as you handle cases from intake through trial.

You will work with some of the state's top trial lawyers and support staff; the compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 plus a potential $50,000 bonus based on fees and performance.

Qualifications

Job description

Personal Injury Attorney | Denver, CO | Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. This is an opportunity for an attorney with 2-6 years of experience.

In this role, you will manage a personal injury caseload. You will have a mix of pre-litigation and litigation as you develop the cases handed to you by the firm. From intake through resolution, you will have a chance to meaningfully advocate for your clients along the entire journey of the case, from intake to trial, consistent with the tried and tested practice standards and philosophies successfully developed by our firm over the past two decades. You will have a chance to work alongside some of the best trial lawyers in the State and rising stars within the legal community. All of our attorneys (including the partners) work collaboratively as a team, helping and counseling each other on case strategies.

Given the collaborative nature, this is primarily an in-person position, allowing new team members to become fully integrated into the firm, our processes, and our culture. Following successful demonstration of practicing up to the firm expectations, flexibility is available based on performance, role responsibilities, and firm needs.

Required Qualifications

• The desire and passion to win for your clients and change their lives.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 2-6 years of legal experience in personal injury, insurance claims, civil litigation, or a related practice area.
• Strong understanding of tort law and fundamental legal principles.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Compensation, Benefits & Location

• $125,000-$150,000 annual salary, plus bonus up to $50,000 based on fees generated and performance.
