Job summary

CyberCoders in Colorado is seeking a Litigation Attorney with Personal Injury experience. As the largest Personal Injury Plaintiffs firm in Colorado, we represent thousands of clients and offer a collegial environment with access to highly experienced attorneys.

You will handle a strong caseload from start of litigation through trial, draft pleadings and take depositions, respond to written discovery, motions and trials, and supervise a full-time paralegal/case manager in daily workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• J.D. or Esquire with Colorado Bar license.
• Experience drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and handling discovery and motions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a strong caseload of personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial.
• Draft pleadings and conduct depositions.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials.
• Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them daily.

• Background in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
