About the Role

A rapidly growing law firm: seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding pre-litigation and litigation teams. The firm has a strong track record of successful outcomes, handling thousands of injury matters and recovering substantial compensation for clients. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and delivering results with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from initial intake through final resolution.
• Meet with clients to assess claims, provide legal guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Appear for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings as required.
• Prepare, review, and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement communications.
• Coordinate with and supervise paralegals and legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable resolutions on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience handling personal injury matters in pre‑litigation and/or litigation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Client‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
