Jobot, a well-established Texas litigation practice, seeks a Personal Injury Attorney to manage complex matters from filing through trial, focusing on catastrophic injury cases. You will contribute to a collaborative team with mentorship and meaningful case responsibility.

Seeking 4+ years of personal injury experience, first chair/trial exposure, and strong research/writing skills. Texas bar must be active; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Equal opportunity employer with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• First chair or significant second chair trial experience.
• Extensive deposition experience, including expert depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing and communication skills.
• Active and good standing Texas bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex personal injury litigation matters from petition through jury trial.
• Manage non-subscriber industrial accident, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and dram shop cases.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, handle mediations and take depositions.
• Work with expert witnesses across multiple fields.
• Represent clients in state and federal court with minimal supervision.
• Manage occasional commercial litigation matters as needed.
