Job description

Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal

$75000 - $90000 per year | Houston, TX | On-site | Permanent

High-Profile Plaintiff-Side Practice | Significant Client Interaction | Work Directly with Attorneys | No Billable Hours
A bit about us:

We are an established, highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Houston, Texas, representing individuals in personal injury and complex litigation matters. Our practice is built around strong client advocacy, thorough case preparation, and a commitment to achieving meaningful results for the people we represent.

We are continuing to grow and are looking to add two experienced Personal Injury Case Managers / Paralegals to support our attorneys and expanding caseloads.

Our team handles cases that require attention to detail, consistent client communication, and a strong understanding of both pre-litigation and litigation procedures. We are looking for individuals who enjoy taking ownership of their work, understand how personal injury cases progress, and can anticipate what needs to happen next.

This is an opportunity to join an established practice where your experience, organization, and ability to keep cases moving will make an immediate impact.

This is not a position for someone who wants to simply process paperwork. We need someone who understands how a plaintiff personal injury case moves, knows the medical treatment process, and can keep clients and cases moving toward resolution.

Why join us?

Established, respected practice: Join a successful plaintiff-side firm handling meaningful personal injury and complex litigation matters.

Direct attorney exposure: Work closely with experienced attorneys and become an integral part of their daily operations.

Ownership and autonomy: Take responsibility for your cases and manage important aspects of the legal process without unnecessary layers of oversight.

Variety in your work: Stay involved in both pre-litigation and litigation rather than being limited to one narrow function.

Continued growth: Join an expanding practice that is investing in additional support for its attorneys and clients.

Meaningful client relationships: Help injured individuals navigate the legal process while ensuring their cases receive the attention they deserve.

Competitive compensation: Earn $80,000–$90,000 based on experience.

  • Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
  • Introductory period: 90-day probationary period.
  • Someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in staying organized, and understands that successful case management requires anticipating needs rather than waiting for instructions.
  • You know when a client needs follow-up, when medical records are outstanding, when a demand needs to be prepared, and when a court deadline is approaching.
  • You're comfortable communicating with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, and you understand how important your role is in keeping cases moving.
