Qualifications

• Hands-on litigation experience in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts.
• Experience managing personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and litigation proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation, settlement, and trial.
• Evaluate potential cases, assess liability and damages, and develop effective legal strategies.
• Represent clients in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts, including hearings and trials.
• Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Oversee case valuations, settlement distributions, and timely resolution of matters.
• Build relationships with clients through proactive communication and compassionate representation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, mentoring junior team members.

Location: Virginia Beach, VA | Hybrid. Join our team in the office three days per week, with designated remote work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, subject to productivity expectations and business needs.

Note: Candidates must hold an active Virginia law license and have personal injury litigation experience, including hands-on experience practicing in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts. We are targeting attorneys with 3+ years of relevant experience. Trial experience is strongly preferred, with both first-chair and second-chair experience considered.
