Confidential Employer, a growing plaintiff-focused personal injury practice, seeks an attorney licensed in California with at least 1 year of plaintiff PI experience to manage diverse injury cases from intake to trial. You will draft pleadings, conduct research, take depositions, negotiate settlements, and advise clients with clear, strategic guidance.

• Active California Bar license required.
• 1+ year of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Experience managing personal injury litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes.
