Sweeney Merrigan Law is growing, and we’re hiring for a tenacious, perceptive Personal Injury Associate Trial Attorney to join our expanding legal team. In this role, you will manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution, advocating for injured clients and guiding them through the litigation process with skill, strategy, and professionalism.
Our Litigation Associates play a critical role in developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiating with insurance carriers, and preparing cases for trial or settlement. Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from complaint through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement or trial preparation. The Associate Trial Attorney is responsible for advancing cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of advocacy and client service.
Annual salary range: $85,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
