Legacy Healthcare Services in Roswell, GA is seeking a Personal Fitness Trainer / Rehab Tech to join a team dedicated to helping seniors live their best lives. You will develop and deliver LiveFit programs, document services, and support residents with fitness goals.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, CPR/AED certification, and a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for professional growth, licensure reimbursement, and CEUs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization preferred or willingness to attain one (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Preferred 1+ year personal training or group fitness experience.
• Experience with senior population desirable.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Legacy’s Wellness Program
• Perform and document LiveFit services with residents following company policies and procedures under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director.
• Provide personal fitness through Legacy’s LiveFit program and complete required billing and documentation.
• Deliver LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacy’s programs. Fitness plans will be developed to improve health, fitness levels, and meet the members’ fitness goals.
• Provide group fitness and wellness services through the LiveFit Program.
• Meet efficiency standards set by the company.
• Participate in department meetings and facility meetings.

• Personal training or group fitness certification from a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred or willingness to attain one (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA)

• Previous experience with senior population desirable
• Customer service skills to deliver an exemplary experience
