• Experience creating content across platforms (speaking, podcasting, social, video, writing)
• Passion for helping others achieve financial success and mission-driven
• Credibility and knowledge depth in personal finance topics
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical steps
• Authentic, warm and relatable communication style
• Creator instinct: comfortable on camera, strong digital presence
