Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience through expert product knowledge, meal inspiration, and warm hospitality. You will support replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store readiness while working in freezer environments and handling cash.

The role emphasizes teamwork, daily store priorities, and ongoing training, with both full-time and part-time options and starting wage of $20.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with enthusiasm for food and culinary exploration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hours.
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Basic math skills for cash handling; POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging personal chef & friendly butcher shopping experience.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products to ensure a full, fresh, and visually compelling store.
• Assist with receiving and processing deliveries with care and accuracy; communicate low stock.
• Work in walk-in freezer and adhere to food safety and freezer guidelines.
• Operate POS, process transactions, returns, and exchanges; perform opening/closing duties when needed.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet store goals and participate in training.
