Summary

We are hiring PRN CNA, HHA, and PCA Caregivers to provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes in the Deland, FL area. We offer a variety of hours, benefits (for those who qualify), flexible schedules, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide supports individuals by assisting with personal hygiene and household tasks, enabling them to remain in their own homes.

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, follow traffic laws, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Help with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

• Six months of home care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Complete a competency evaluation successfully.

License Requirements

• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Skill Requirements

• Flexibility to work hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently in diverse home environments.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
