Job summary

Clarity Care Inc in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Personal Care Worker (PCW) to provide hands-on care, companionship and daily living support that helps Members maintain independence and live comfortably at home. No caregiving experience is required; paid training is provided.

You’ll need to be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with auto insurance.

What You’ll Do

Provide Compassionate Personal Care

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Provide respectful, individualized care that promotes dignity and independence.

Create a Safe & Comfortable Home

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and household upkeep.
• Prepare meals according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming living environment.

Build Meaningful Relationships

• Provide companionship, encouragement and friendly conversation.
• Assist with grocery shopping, errands and transportation as assigned.
• Respect each Member's personal choices, routines and goals.

Support Health & Well-Being

• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation and communicate concerns to the care team.

Education & Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience or certification required; paid training and required Personal Care Worker Orientation provided.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to successfully complete required caregiver background checks.
