Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and household upkeep.
• Prepare meals according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and friendly conversation; assist with errands and transportation as assigned.
• Provide medication reminders as directed and follow care plans; complete required documentation.
