Anticipated Hours Per Week: 4 to 6

Schedule: 2-4 hours in the am, 1 hour in the PM, depending on the schedule.

Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $17.50 to $18.50

Number Of Positions: 4

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Assist with morning/evening routines. Need assistance 7 days a week, and looking to split work between several caregivers. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with slide board transfers to/from bed and wheelchair
2. Dressing, showering, and toileting
3. Laundry and light cleaning
4. Range of motion stretching and e-stim
5. Errands and cooking

This is excellent work experience for a pre-med, pre-OT, pre-PT, or nursing student. Additionally, I write strong recommendation letters and have helped students gain admission to graduate programs. The position starts in May when the summer begins, and I am willing to work around your other jobs or obligations. No experience is required, as training will be provided on the job.

The job is located at my apartment near campus.

• Pass background check

Physical Demands:

Must be able to assist with slide board transfers and/or popover transfers. Must be able to assist with range of motion stretching each morning.
