Comfort Keepers is seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide high-quality, in-home non-medical support for seniors. You will help with mobility, daily living tasks, and meaningful companionship in clients’ homes across Texas.

The role requires strong communication, safety-mindedness, and the ability to follow care plans while maintaining a respectful, caring presence. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly direct deposit, fully compensated orientation, paid training, and PTO

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience in-home, facility, or private care.
• Experience with transfer equipment and dementia care preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with mobility and transfers using gait belts, sit-to-stand devices, and lifts.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
• Execute care plans, maintain a safe home, monitor fall risks, report changes.
• Offer companionship and engaging social interaction.

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients' independence and quality of life by assisting with physical transfers, daily living routines, and meaningful companionship.Pay & BenefitsPay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hourWeekly Pay: Direct deposit every weekPaid Training: Fully compensated orientation and ongoing skill developmentTime Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual starting after 1 year of employmentIncentives: Employee Referral Bonus ProgramTeam Support: 24/7 administrative and scheduling supportKey ResponsibilitiesMobility & Transfer Support: Safely assist clients with walking, standing, and physical transfers using equipment such as gait belts, sit-to-stand devices, and mechanical lifts.Personal Care: Help clients with everyday essential tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.Care Plan Execution: Follow custom Plans of Care, maintain a safe living environment, monitor for fall risks, and report changes in client conditions.Companionship: Provide engaging social interaction, active listening, and emotional support.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (in-home care, facility, or private care).
