FULL TIME 3p-11p, every other weekend

Personal Care LPN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vitals and record them on file.
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
• Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for residents.
• Observe and record patient behavior.
• Collect patient health history.
• Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
• Provide care for ill, injured, convalescing patients.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to administer prescribed medications.

Essential Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Must currently be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing, medical practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Time management skills.
• Aptitude for problem solving.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and employment screenings.
