Qualifications

• At least 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university.
• An LPN License is preferred, but not required.
• A Personal Care Home Administrator license issued by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across all departments to ensure residents receive high-quality care and services that support their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, quality assurance programs, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with budget development and monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, accounts receivable, and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with the admissions team to maintain census and support occupancy goals.

Education

60 credit hours from an accredited college or university

LPN License (preferred, not required)

Personal Care Home Administrator license issued by the Pennsylvania Department of State
