SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to provide one-on-one in-home support to clients in California. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain safety in the home, enabling clients to live independently.

We offer competitive pay between $18.50 and $23.00 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and flexible schedules matching you with nearby clients.

Qualificações

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable).
