Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate personal care attendant to deliver one-on-one support in clients’ homes, helping with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. You will provide companionship and monitor safety while coordinating with the care team.

The role offers direct deposit, paid orientation, ongoing training, and flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time shifts, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands.
• Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure high-quality care.
