Job summary

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker for part-time evening and one Monday shift. You will assist clients with daily living activities, follow care plans, and report changes to the Clinical Manager.

Prior PCA/CFSS certification is helpful; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. The company emphasizes accountability, compassion, integrity and teamwork, with benefits including health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs and paid time
