Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker in Apple Valley, MN to provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities under supervision by a Qualified Professional. This role is offered as full-time or part-time with flexible hours and competitive pay.

You will follow each patient's care plan, communicate with the Clinical Manager, and help maintain health and independence while building strong relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and compassion toward clients.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide multiple types of assistance according to the patient’s care plan.
• Communicate with Clinical Manager and scheduling team as needed.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform light housework or other tasks to support independent living.
• Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

What do I need to bring to the job?

• Interpersonal skills: sensitivity and compassion towards clients
• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Fluent in the English Language
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• PCA/CFSS Certificate (ask your recruiter!)
