Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker. This full-time or part-time role provides direct patient care and assists with daily living activities under supervision of a Qualified Professional, following each patient’s care plan.

The position supports clients at home to maintain health and independence. You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team to coordinate care, perform tasks like bathing, feeding, grooming, and light

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills required with sensitivity toward clients.
• Fluent English communication is essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• PCA/CFSS certificate encouraged to inquire with recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the care plan.
