Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker to provide direct patient care under supervision and support independence according to the patient’s care plan.

You will perform daily living activities, communicate with the Clinical Manager, and follow the care plan. Flexible full- and part-time hours are offered with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Fluent in English.
• PCA/CFSS certificate (ask your recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Providing multiple types of assistance according to the patient’s care plan
• Communicating appropriately with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team
• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and dressing
• Performing light housework or other activities related to independent living
• Reporting changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager

Accurate Home Care has an opening for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Support Worker to perform direct patient care and assist patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional to help maintain health status and independence. Perform care according to the patient’s care plan.

Pay & Benefits
