Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is seeking dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Mooresville, North Carolina, and nearby areas. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and an hourly rate of $16.00–$17.00.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and medication reminders, while following each client's care plan and ensuring safety at home.

Qualificações

• Experience as a PCA or in home care preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Job Summary

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte, a trusted home care franchise system, is seeking dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities in Mooresville, North Carolina, and surrounding service areas. As a PCA with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and a hourly rate of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Prepare meals based on clients' needs and preferences

Qualifications

• Previous PCA, caregiving, or home-care experience is preferred but not required
