Job summary

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Concord team and serve clients in surrounding areas. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and support to help seniors remain safely at home.

Qualifications

• PCA, caregiver, or home care experience preferred, but not required
• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Current auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• A genuine desire to help seniors and vulnerable adults

Responsibilities

Are you a caring, dependable person who genuinely enjoys helping others? Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is looking for compassionate PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) to join our growing team in Concord and surrounding areas.

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you’ll provide hands-on support, companionship, and everyday assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults who want to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What You'll Do

As a PCA, your responsibilities may include:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
