Job summary

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte in Concord, NC is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help seniors stay safely at home. You will provide hands-on support, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in their own homes and surrounding areas.

As a PCA, you will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation. The role values compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently, with opportunities for flexibility

Qualifications

• PCA, caregiver, or home care experience preferred, but not required
• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have current auto insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• A genuine desire to help seniors and vulnerable adults
