Job summary

Right at Home in Durham, NC is seeking Personal Care Aides/PCAs or CNAs to join our team to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. You will assist with daily activities and support family caregivers while delivering respectful, personalized care.

The position offers flexible schedules (4/8/12 hour shifts), day/evening/overnight options, weekends with extra pay, and access to benefits such as health/dental/vision, PTO, 401K matching, and next-day pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

PCA Hours Needed:

• 4/8/12 Hour shifts
