The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position ofPersonal Care Assistant at Lincoln Elementary School.
This is a full-time, on-site, permanent position working directly with students with special needs in a Learning Support environment.

Monday-Friday scheduled between 8:0 AM and 4:00 PM
190 days during the regular school year (summers, weekends and holidays off)
Starting wages are either $16.69per hour (approx. $22,197 annual) or $16.79per hour (approx. $22,330 annual), for new hires to the District, depending upon previous school district experience. The salary for the 2026-2027 school year will be prorated based on start date.
This position is paid salary with a fixed per pay amount disbursed twice per month on a September through August pay cycle.
Paid time off in the form of cumulative sick days and annual personal days
Health, dental and vision insurance aftersuccessful completion of a 90 day probationary period
2026-2027 Monthly Rates: $115 Individual, $190 Family
OR semi-annual stipend in lieu of health benefits if otherwise insured
Employer paid $40,000 in life insurance
In order to be eligible for special education support positions, applicants must meetthe following criteria:
Be a high school graduate or possess a GED,
AND
1) Have completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study,
OR
2) Possess an Associates degree or higher,
OR
3) Complete a series of job-based trainings during the first year of employment, and continuing education credit hours during subsequent years
