Job summary

Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for Lincoln Elementary School to support students with special needs in a Learning Support setting. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on direct student assistance.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with 190 days in the regular school year, and has salary details tied to new-hire experience and a semi-monthly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Be a high school graduate or GED.
• Have completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study.
• Possess an Associates degree or higher.
• Complete job-based trainings during the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students with special needs in a Learning Support environment.
• Assist with classroom activities and student supports as needed.
