Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to seniors and adults throughout the Chisago area. Pay ranges from $18–$21/hour with a $3/hour weekend differential, and weekend pay can go up to $24/hour.

Locations include Chisago City, North Branch, Wyoming, and surrounding areas with immediate openings and start ASAP. No prior caregiving experience is required—we provide training and support to help qualified candidates get started and feel

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or DSS is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and other personal care.
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and safety.
• Driving clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Supporting clients with daily routines and activities.

What You'll Do

Comfort Keepers is pleased to offer eligible direct-care employees access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS

Employee Scholarship Program.

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training, helping support long-term career growth in home and community-based care.

To qualify, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
