Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors in the Chisago area. You will help clients stay safe and comfortable at home, with training provided even if you have no prior caregiving experience.

We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time positions, and daily pay options. Competitive pay ranges from $18–$21 per hour, plus a $3 per hour weekend differential and up to $24 per hour on weekends. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional with strong communication.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Current Scheduling Needs

We're currently seeking caregivers who can commit to one or more of the following shifts:

• Monday and Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Multiple positions are available, making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for consistent hours or additional shifts.

• Providing companionship and emotional support

Employee Scholarship Program.

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training, helping support long-term career growth in home and community-based care.

To qualify, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
