Orwigsburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Orwigsburg, PA is seeking enthusiastic Personal Care Assistants to join our team and support residents with daily activities.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) for one-on-one resident interaction, a friendly team, and opportunities for tuition assistance.

Qualified candidates have healthcare experience, compassion, and good communication skills; training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have long term care experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in skilled nursing.
• Experience assisting residents with daily activities and mobility.

Responsabilités

• Helps resident maintain their highest level of functioning by presenting appropriate activity programs.
• Invites and encourages resident participation and assists in transporting.
• Engages individual resident in maintaining maximum daily Living Functions.
• Assures the safety of individual resident.
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees/programs.

• Long-term care experience preferred

The responsibilities & duties:

• Assures the safety of individual resident
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees/programs
