Positive Choice Homecare LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant/CNA to join our Las Vegas team, NV. You will provide essential in-home care, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and health monitoring in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have CNA/PCA experience, Nevada certification eligibility, and a patient-centered approach. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities to impact client well-being daily.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or PCA experience preferred.
• Valid Nevada state certification or eligibility to work as CNA/PCA.
• Prior experience in home health or related healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support at home.
• Monitor and document client health status, report changes to supervising staff.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency standards.

• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to clients in the home setting
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification or Personal Care Assistant experience preferred
• Valid Nevada state certification or eligibility to work as a CNA/PCA
• Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
