Job summary

Rockwell Senior Living in Milton, PA is hiring Personal Care Aides / Med Techs to provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support medication administration for certified staff.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, in-house Med Tech training, and benefits after 90 days including 401(k), health/dental/vision, and PTO. Reliable transportation to Broadway Manor is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med Tech certification preferred; training provided.
• Previous experience with older adults preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a caregiving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services in accordance with each resident’s individualized support plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications as trained and certified (Med Techs).
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report/document appropriately.
• Assist with meal service, including setting up, serving, and cleaning the dining area.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff.

Shift Available: Full-Time /Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour (based on experience)

We are willing to train the right candidates to become Medication Technicians (Med Techs) through our in-house training program.

Position Summary

The Personal Care Aide / Med Tech is responsible for providing direct care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication assistance (if certified), and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
