CareBuilders at Home- Solon OH is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist clients with daily activities and personal tasks in the home. Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, grooming, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and safe transport to appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a personal care aide
• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens
• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with client’s exercise and outdoor activities
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare meals
