You are part of a mission-driven team serving residents with dignity and care. We invite you to join our Ashland, Ohio campus as a Personal Care Aide on a full-time schedule, with pay between $15 and $18.55 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving, geriatrics, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work onsite and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining).
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia.
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment.
• Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines.
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision.

Pay: $15-$18.55 (Based on experience, including shift and weekend differential)

Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5

What You'll Do As a Personal Care Aide (PCA)
