Job summary

Brethren Care Village is seeking a Memory Care Aide to support residents at Bradford Houses - Memory Care. This full-time or part-time role offers day, evening or night shifts with pay ranging from $15/hr to $16.80/hr based on experience, plus differential pay of +$.75/hr for evenings, +$.50/hr for nights, and +$1/hr on weekends.

You will assist with activities of daily living, provide dementia care, help with meals, housekeeping, transportation and daily routines, and communicate resident needs

Qualifications

• Training in geriatrics (nursing, social work, rehabilitation or therapeutic recreation) or sufficient related prior work experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining)
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment
• Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision

Bradford Houses - Memory Care - Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5

Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights

Pay: $15/hr to $16.80/hr (Based on experience)

PLUS shift differentials: +$.75/hr evenings, +$.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends
