Job summary

Fellowship Community in Whitehall, PA is seeking a full-time Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily activities and companionship. This role requires empathy, reliability, and a commitment to our RISE Core Values: Relationships, Innovation, Stewardship, and Excellence.

The position offers $17–$18 per hour, scholarships up to $750 per semester, early access to earned wages, and monthly appreciation events. CPR/First Aid training and pre-hire assessment are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid training and personal care experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment completed or preferred.
