Peter Becker Community is accepting applications for Personal Care Aides to join our Personal Care Department at a compassionate, community-focused continuing care retirement campus in Harleysville, PA. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with competitive pay and shift differentials to reward experience.

We seek dedicated individuals who value caring for the aging population, uphold high standards, and enjoy ongoing education and on-site training opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, especially senior living, is a plus.
• Direct Care Certification is a plus but not required.

Now Hiring: Full-Time and Part-Time Personal Care Aides

Full-Time 7am-3pm

Full-Time & Part-Time 3pm-11pm

Part-Time 11pm-7am

We offer competitive shift differentials!

$17–$22/hr including shift diff (pay rate based on experience and shift differentials)
