Fellowship Community in Whitehall, PA is seeking a Part-Time or Per-Diem Activity Aide to lead engaging programs for residents in a vibrant senior living community.

Qualifications

• Creative and innovative mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with geriatric programming preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to complete Feeding Assistant training.
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement group and individual activities.
• Recruit and train volunteers.
• Assist with transporting residents to programs.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and accurate documentation.
• Serve as department contact in Director's absence.

Skills
